Youth Justice Officer
Salary Scale Points 26 – 40 (£21,412
- £32,436)
Fixed term contract for one year in the first
instance |
The post holders will hold a caseload of young
people aged 10-18 on statutory orders in the community and
will be responsible for assessing their risk of re-offending
and for planning and reviewing programmes to prevent this. The
post involves preparing Pre-sentence Reports, attending Court
and delivering work directly to young people and their
families.
